« Staff were very kind, enjoyed service at the Biergarten very much. The New Rhelm Vienna beer was amazing with the delicious pretzel and beer cheese. Cottage was quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking spots are labeled for your cottage. Really enjoyed the mashup of Jules and Woodlands as Woodlands is getting a face lift. Overall, Walkable and not too far to anything. Loved the S'more hour. « I booked at Days Inn for four nights for a HS basketball tournament and well, its just Days Inn (a motel) so I had low expectations. We actually had a good stay and the motel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the furniture was new, and beds/linens very modern and comfortable. The AC worked very well with zero issues. « The hallways need to be painted and ice machines only had ice 1 day. Our room wall around the A/C unit need the gap filled in and painted. For the most part the beds were ok and the water in the shower was was hot. »

« The tub was cracked and had chipped porcelain. The sink had cracks and the drain was broken so the water dripped onto the floor. There wasn’t a hairdryer like most hotels but they did give a bar of soap on the tub and sink. The room had wood floors they felt a little tacky when I walked. Definitely didn’t want to take my shoes off. The king bed was just a regular spring mattress. Kinda wish there was a fourth pillow since we only had three. « I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience! »
